ELGIN PARK BAND – PARENT COMMITTEE

Welcome to Elgin Park Band!

 

The Band Parent Committee is a dedicated group of volunteer parents who support the band program by:

 

• assisting at concerts and events by collecting donations and providing programs and newsletters
• assisting in the payment of festival fees
• assisting in financial aid for students on a “need” basis
• providing scholarships
• assisting in the purchase and/or repair of equipment and instruments
• providing fundraising opportunities for individual students
• assisting in the collection of payment for trips

 

Our annual General Meeting will be on

Monday, September 19, 2011

at 7:00 pm in the Band room.

All parents with students in band

should plan to be there to receive

important information for the upcoming year.
